Two teenage girls arrested for kidnapping a three year old girl.

A 13 year old girl and her 14 year old friend have been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping a toddler from a city centre Primark store  and were taken in for questioning. 
The three-year-old girl was with her mother in the store when she disappeared from the store in Newcastle city centre at around 5pm on Wednesday evening.

The Police were called in, search for the toddler started immediately, they wetn through the store’s CCTV and saw that she had left the store with two teenage girls she did not know.

"I estimate I've had over 300 missed calls from private numbers. I don't answer all the calls. "One day in March I was at the gym and had 130 missed calls. "I have ignored all these messages, hoping they would stop but they didn't.

A military dog who lost her leg on duty in Afghanistan is to receive the animal equivalent of the Victoria Cross.

Lucca lost one of her front legs during a search for improvised explosive devices in 2012.
The 12-year-old German Shepherd completed more than 400 missions with the US Marine Corps in Iraq and Afghanistan - helping protect thousands of troops.

Video: Syrian Plane Shot Down Near Aleppo

A Syrian pilot shot down south of Aleppo has been captured by the al Qaeda-linked Al Nusra Front, a monitoring group has said.

Syria's military said the plane, which had been on a reconnaissance mission, was brought down by a surface-to-air missile fired by Islamist rebels.
It said the pilot had ejected and a rescue mission was under way.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said fighters from the Al Nusra Front had taken him to one of their bases in the area.
